The 46th session of the World Heritage Committee will be held at New Delhi, India from 21st to 31st July 2024 at the Bharat Mandapam International Exhibition and Convention Centre(IECC), New Delhi 110001, India. The Bharat Mandapam - Convention Centre is a world-class facility equipped with modern infrastructure and technology, suitable for hosting conclaves, summits, meetings, cultural events, and congregations. The Government of India has the pleasure of hosting the 46th Session of the World Heritage Committee at New Delhi India from 21st July to 31st July 2024.

The Ministry of Culture (MoC), Government of India and its attached office, the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) are the nodal agencies to host the 46th session of the World Heritage Committee in India in 2024. The Archaeological Survey of India is the custodian of 3697 ancient monuments and archeological sites of national importance in India and is responsible for their protection, preservation and conservation.

The World Heritage Committee comprises representatives from 21 States Parties to the World Heritage Convention (1972) elected by the General Assembly of UNESCO. Current members of the World Heritage Committee as on elections in the 24th General Assembly of UNESCO (November 2023), are as follows:

All delegates and those who wish to attend the 46th session as observers are kindly advised to register online as soon as possible and preferably before 10 June 2024.
