Airport Transfers

The non-mandatory fields in step 2 registration, such as flight details, arrival and departure dates and name of the hotel, should be filled in at the earliest by the participants in order to arrange the shuttle service for the participants from the airport to their respective hotels.

The shuttle service will be provided on 20th and 21st July 2024. For participants in the Young Professionals’ Forum, shuttle service will be provided on 14th July 2024 and for participants in the Site Managers’ Forum, shuttle service will be provided on 17th July 2024.
